O line at state?

So what's Tom OB gonna do about this offense we don't have. Granted the interceptions are directly the QB fault. But if they had a brief moment to hold onto the ball without running for their lives, they might make some better decisions?

And little Danny E had the shit knocked out of him, REPEATEDLY in the 4th - so who's the third stringer?

Tommy, you have hit on the major problem with the team right now. This is going to take three years to fix, as Chuck apparently didn't think recruiting big kids on the O-line was important.

I have faith.

so does that mean that we need a running QB in the spring so work with a line that can't create pockets, but might slow down big D linemen enough for a run and gun QB to get going?

we may see Marcus back taking snaps at that rate. . .

Unfortunately, don't really think that's O'Brien's game. My guess is he'll try and work through this; remember, part of our problem is that our top two running backs have gone down thus far this season. That would have taken a lot of pressure off of Beck, instead he was having to wing the ball all over the damn field and threw his shoulder out.

Now that we can't run the ball at all, teams can simply tee off on us for the rest of the season. Hopefully, the new running back can show some toughness, giving us a shot against Carolina at least.
