Look out for Jack Bolas from Wisconsin. He's one of my former students and a distance stud. I think he just took his mile to 4 flat this spring. He's the closest I've come to anything olympic - other than Joan Nesbitt running by the coffee shop. . .
I've been watching the swimmming too. Unbelievable, how great all of these swimmers are, and how so many great swimmers don't go to the Olympics, because they have the misfortunate of being American.

I don't know if anyone follows swimming, but one of our students at CHHS and a former student of mine at UNC are in the swim trials in Colorado.
