Gee made an interesting proposal

Supposing we get 2 more folks for the League next year...

Splitting into 2 leagues like in soccer.
Champions league and those others.

Well, it would be more like different divisions rather than separate leagues (think more the ACC than the British football system).

We can look at it, but keep in mind that:

1) We'd have to find 2 other people
2) That means that there would be around 30 fewer players in the FA pool each week.

Note: have more to post, but the kid just got up, holla!

I've been in a league like that and it was so-so. Actually, we had 22 teams so we split into two divisions but the players were re-used in the divisions (i.e. Atlantic got a Torry Hold and Coastal go a Torry Holt). Fantasy Football is like sex...even when it's bad it's still pretty good. But that was bad Fantasy Football.

As an aside, there was only one player over lapping both division winners and that was the kicker.

And that idea makes sense for 22 teams (jeezus), but for us, it would just be Atlantic and Coastal. 14 game season; 2 each vs. your divisional opponents (10 games), then 4 of the 6 from the other division.

I would assume playoffs would be the two division winners and then 2 wildcards (from either division) which would come from either
1)best record, or
2) most points.

In any event, not sure that I'm all that excited about the idea of league expansion. I think we've got a fairly solid group of rosters with the ability to pick up some free agents when necessary.

I believe that we discussed this very idea either at the end of last year or during the draft, and the consensus was that the league was fairly solid as it stands now.

My only suggestion is I'd like another available roster spot and for something a bit nutty, the ability to put any player inthe flex.
